Video Notes — Capture and Review Video Moments

Connect your account and use the video widget’s Note action to save a note with the current video time. Your Notes page shows the account collection, with search, categories, text editing, deletion, and Markdown export. The widget can also export account notes as Markdown, text, or JSON. A note can open its source video; timestamp links are supported for YouTube and Vimeo URLs.

How it works

1. Connect your account. Notes are saved to your account. The widget reports a save error if the write cannot be queued.
2. Use Note in the video widget. Write the note in the editor and save it with the video time.
3. Open Notes on the website. Search the account collection, filter by category, edit text, or delete an entry.
4. Open the source video. YouTube and Vimeo links include the captured time. Other valid source URLs open without a timestamp guarantee.
5. Export your notes. The website exports Markdown. The widget offers Markdown, text, and JSON.
